New Way

Last day at uni, working like slave till 7 pm (from 9 am) with MA students in the backdrop,  

whatta life. Just reassures me, work is never ending. But what would I do without it?

Good Friday

So last Fri was black Fri, went crazy and spent over 100 quid easily.. laser printer, usb drive, 3 moleskines, all different sizes, carrot peeler etc etc haha I'm such a spaz buying on pure impulse. Anyway, you only live once right? why not.

So this week was a good closure to all the drama and abuse that consumed me the past 6 week, this darn project. But I can proudly say we won the St martins team project competition on up-cycling, will post pics later. So glad I don't have to babysit childish people, just earned a new layer of thick skin through it all so in a way I feel I gained some good experience points. 

Now, I CAN FINALLY RELAX and DRAW.. well not totally until the 9th...darn

Friday night, caught up with the life drawing boys

with dinner at Masato, it ended up being the death of me.

Never new Japanese food can kill me so. 

I can say the portions were bigger than any Japanese restaurant 

in America, CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT? 

Maybe only in April. Ha.

CONNIE's DYING!

Two freelance gigs + st martins epic 8 person team project + 3 life drawings session per week = DYING CONNIE. 

Sometimes I wonder how I do it all.
I can really jump off a cliff, weeeee!

But, I get through the day with my American pancakes.

Oh how I miss you, Griddle CAFE. When I go home.. sigh

For now, I have breakfast club - yum.

but still it ain't the same :(

These days, I'm feeling stoic.

The idea of no progression drives me crazy,

 I'm constantly fighting with myself, never satisfied, 

never content. I think I need to grow up. 

I think I need a change. 

Feel like running away again. 

Break is coming.. ugh can't wait to get

out of here!

Amsterdam love

So my trip to Amsterdam was just what I needed; 

a break form London.

 I figured a quater of my life has passed, might 

as well go out with a big 'shabang,' eh?

Got my hands on everything and literally did it all-

I feel like half my 'bucket list' has been fulfilled. 

Not to mention, I had the chance to explore the beautiful city, walking 

along the canal, words couldn't describe it, or maybe because I was 

shit faced and stoned. But regardless, I realized life is too short for

comfort zones, 

and now I wonder what was holding me back before?

Ah yes, the fake five year relationship..hmm.

Crit time is always so long,
